The ChinaSat 26 satellite launched this time is a full Ka-band high-throughput communication satellite with a satellite communication capacity of 100Gbps. It is currently the largest civil and commercial communication satellite with the largest communication capacity, the most beams, and the most complex in my country.
The satellite is configured with 94 user beams and 11 gateway beams, covering my country’s territory and surrounding areas, providing high-speed broadband access services for fixed terminals, vehicle terminals, ship terminals, and airborne terminals, and can also be used in aviation, navigation, remote Education and medical care, natural disaster emergency communications, monitoring of nature reserves and other fields play an important role.
Probecom has developed a series of Ka-band portable station antennas for supporting use; antenna sizes include 0.55m, 0.75m, 1m, 1.2m, 1.8m, etc. A detailed introduction to the ka antenna will be released in the next time.
